Inspired by Edmonton’s windswept fields, the façade of metal ribbons seems to flow around the Edmonton International Airport Combined Office & Control Tower. Curved-Right® pre-curved hat channel provided the shape and fastening surface for the metal panel layer below the zinc cladding. Coordination of the hat channel 3D model with the master model provided precisely fabricated framing elements sequenced for rapid installation.
