Facade Cladding
Traditional systems are fully supported metal coverings that use tried and tested hard metal seaming techniques which have been used for centuries. The double lock standing seam, batten roll, angle seam and flat lock cladding fall into this category. The complete elZinc® range of finishes can be installed using these common systems:
Flat Lock Shingles
Traditional cladding system using interlocking panels.
Principally used in façade cladding, on flat or curved areas.
Weather-tight from 25º of pitch and above if used in roofing.
Attractive design layouts complement different architectural styles.
Standing Seam
Zinc between 0.65 and 0.8mm for ease of hand forming on site.
Indirect fixing using stainless steel clips hidden by overlapping panels.
Subtle quilting introduces a visual ‘vibration’ and ‘energy’ to the building.
elZinc® panels can be curved, tapered, and formed to almost any geometric design.
elZinc® Shingles
Pre-fabricated elements directly fixed to substrate.
For wall cladding and roofing (subject to roof pitch).
4 different designs for 4 different styles. Square, rhomboid, rounded fish scale, and pointed fish scaled.
