NV1 - Vertical Face Fastened System
Nvelope’s adjustable main support system for vertical rainscreen cladding applications. Mechanical face fastened panels.
The NV1 system is used for face-fastened fastener attachment of facade panels, using SFS fasteners or rivets. NV1 is also the base system for all other facade panel attachment configurations using Nvelope systems.
NH2 - Horizontal Adaptor System
The NH2 system is a very adaptable rainscreen fastening system. Nvelope’s NH2 is used to attach horizontal rails for direct façade attachment along the length of the rail.
The Nvelope NH2 system is a great and easy tool for building wall studs that are irregularly spaced (not at 16" on centre), or for façade panels of irregular sizes. The NH2 system is also compatible with Omega and Zed rails for vertical installation.
NV3 - Hidden Mechanical Fastened System
Nvelope’s NV3 an easily-installed system used to execute a hidden attachment for a buildings façade panels. NV3 is an additional fasten attached over top of he NV1 system.
NV3 has a variety of hangers to accommodate and adapt to different hidden systems for façade panel attachment.

NV1 brackets feature "helping hands" to enable rail insertion depth up to 1.5”. As a result, facade panels are plumb and true, without using shims.

The "helping hand" support bracket holds the rail in place to allow up to 50% faster installation.

Adjustable & Compatible
Nvelope’s NH2 system is an adaptor that is added to the original NV1 Vertical system that enables quick and easy installation of façade panels where wall studs are irregularly spaced out.
Easy & Efficient
NH2’s “helping hand” brackets allow rail insertion depth up to 1.375”, eliminating shims for a plumb finish. Installing NV1, NH2, and NV3 is 50% faster than comparable solutions without their “helping hand” brackets.

Adaptor (NH2 only)
Adaptor components are only available as a part of the NH2 system to adapt the NV1 system from vertical fastens to horizontal.
Hangers (NV3 only)
Hangers are only available as apart of the NV3 systems to allow for different panel anchor systems made by other manufacturers.
Hidden Panel Anchors (NV3 only)
Nvelope fasteners for concealed applications. Special painting services are offered for exposed parts to match the colour of the panel.
Brackets
Brackets come in standard height dimensions of 1.5" to 13" and in two sizes - single and double. Brackets attach to steel, concrete or wood substrates.
Rails
Nvelope rails provide unmatched support to your cladding. They’re non-combustible, as well as designed to meet all building requirements.
Fasteners
Nvelope provides only the best stainless steel fasteners suited and tested for Nvelope cladding support systems.
System Configurations
NV1, NH2, and NV3 Nvelope systems are structurally developed from high specification alloys that are suitable for supporting the most demanding façade materials. Nvelope systems are incredibly adaptable and easy to work with due to their broad range of material compatibilities.
